NO SMOKING VIOLATIONS WERE OBSERVED.
MAKE SURE ALL FLOORS IN WALK-IN COOLER & FREEZER ARE BEING CLEANED AND SWEPT ON A REGULAR BASIS AS WAS AS IN THE DRY STORAGE AREA. KEEP ALL SODA LINES 6" OFF OF FLOOR. MAKE SURE ECO LAB CLEANS TOP OF DISHWASHER.
